In this 5 Days training, you will be given a detailed overview of Modern messaging Infrastructure, managing mailboxes, and settings, Access, Devices, and troubleshooting.

Manage modern messaging infrastructure

Module 1: Manage databases

This course will start with learning how to plan mailbox database requirements, how to create mailbox databases, learn to configure mailbox databases, along with troubleshoot mailbox databases.

Module 2: Manage Database Availability Groups (DAGs)

This module covers planning of DAG settings and members including create, and manage DAG members. Then we learn to deploy and manage site resilience. Further we test database and datacenter failover scenario, troubleshoot DAG problems and then conclude with evaluating Exchange services health.

Module 3: Manage and implement client access

In this module you will learn about plan namespaces, plan high availability for client access, configure virtual directories and URLs, configure client access policies, configure client access rules, configure Autodiscover for Exchange, then we will conclude with troubleshoot client access connectivity problems and manage Exchange certificates lifecycle. 

Module 4: Manage disaster recovery

In Module 4, learn how to plan backup and recovery strategy, how to implement and perform backups, then the overview of restore servers, databases, and mailboxes.

Module 5: Manage messaging infrastructure lifecycle

This unit covers the plan Exchange Server installation, how to prepare Active Directory (AD) for Exchange. Module will conclude with install and update Exchange services.

Manage mail flow topology

Module 6: Plan the transport pipeline

This module will include planning the transport architecture, how to design for multi-site mail flow. Then we will learn to plan a high availability mail flow solution.

Module 7: Manage connectors

In this module learn how to plan transport architecture. Learn to design for multi-site mail flow. Then in conclusion of module plan a high availability mail flow solution.

Module 8: Manage mail flow

Learn about managing transport rules including manage domains, manage hybrid mail flow and, then implement a multi-site mail flow.

Module 9: Troubleshoot mail flow problems

Know about validating inbound and outbound mail flow, examine message trace, configure message tracking along with analyzing message headers with the remote connectivity analyzer and then handle Non-Deliverable Reports (NDRs). In the conclude you'll learn to investigate transport logs and monitor mail flow.

Module 10: Manage recipient resources

This unit dives into Managing recipient resources which includes manage archive mailboxes, manage resource mailboxes, manage distribution and security groups, manage mailboxes, manage mailbox permissions, configure mailbox policies, manage shared mailboxes  and, then evaluate license options.

Module 11: Manage mobile devices

In the completion of the course we will learn configuring mobile device mailbox policies, manage Outlook mobile and at last manage mobile device access.
